The Huddle

Imagine a coach who teaches you playbooks for the real world.

You already know how to learn a playbook. You studied film, memorized your reads and ran the plays until they were automatic. The Huddle uses that same approach for life off the field: who you are, how you work, how you think and why you play. Four playbooks, ten plays each.

Questions

Before you
hit play.

Who is The Huddle for?

Athletes 14 and up at every level: high school, college, pro, adult and masters, and former athletes. Parents and coaches are welcome in the app too.

What's the difference between the Locker Room, the Combine and The Huddle?

The Locker Room is the free Athlete Alliance social network, where every athlete posts, joins groups and connects. The Combine is a 4-hour live masterclass with Sterling, held every month, that gives you a taste of the playbooks. The Huddle is weekly live coaching with Sterling on all four playbooks, in Huddle Group or Huddle 1:1. Compare them side by side.

Do I have to still be playing?

No. Every play in every playbook covers four career stages: high school, college, pro and post-sport, whether you stopped playing last season or twenty years ago.

How often do we meet?

Huddle Group meets live every week, starting Saturday, January 2, 2027. Huddle 1:1 includes a private call with Sterling every week.

Can high school athletes join?

Yes, from age 14. Athletes under 18 book with a parent or guardian, and teen accounts in the app are private by default.

Is the Mental Health playbook therapy?

No. It's coaching, not a replacement for a licensed professional. If you're struggling, talk to someone you trust or a counselor. In the US you can call or text 988 any time.

Is the app live?

Yes. The Locker Room launched on October 3, 2026. It's free and it runs in your browser at app.athletesalliance.net. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens like any other app. App Store and Google Play versions are next. The first Combine is Sunday, December 27 and the first live Huddle call is Saturday, January 2. Neither needs the app.

How do I put the app on my phone?

On iPhone, open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap Install app. On a computer, use the Install button in Chrome or Edge. Notifications on iPhone need iOS 16.4 or later and work once the app is on your Home Screen.

Is it only for athletes?

It's built for athletes, from high school to pro, current or former. Parents and coaches can join too and pick their own role at sign-up.

Do you work with schools and teams?

Yes. We run live team workshops and season programs on identity, the mental game, money basics and life after sports, with completion certificates for every athlete. See the programs for schools.

How do I sign up?

For the app, open app.athletesalliance.net and create a free account. For coaching, book a call above. Booking, programs and payments are handled through Athlete Alliance on Kajabi.

Your team
is waiting.

Free to join, and it works on iPhone, Android and desktop. Post your first win, find your groups and meet athletes who get it.
