How Athlete Alliance collects, uses and protects your information.

Who we are

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit athletesalliance.net, apply for or join our coaching programs (including The Huddle and The Combine), sign up for updates, or contact us. The Athlete Alliance app is still in development and will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply for a coaching call, register for a program, join an early-access or email list, or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your age or date of birth, sport, level (for example, high school, college, pro or former athlete) and goals
- Anything you choose to share in an application, survey or message
- For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian’s name and contact information
Payments. Purchases are processed through our course platform, Kajabi, and its payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website:
- Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and keep it secure.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a small code library from jsDelivr. Your browser connects to those services, which receive your IP address.
- The site stores one small item in your browser’s session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
- We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools on this website. [If you add analytics later, name the tool here.]
How we use information
- To respond to you and schedule coaching calls
- To run our programs, including live sessions, materials and program emails
- To send updates you asked for, such as early access to the app. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To keep our programs safe, including protecting young athletes and enforcing our Terms
- To improve our programs and website
- To meet legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as Kajabi (applications, checkout, email and programs), payment processors, Netlify (website hosting), Google Workspace (email) and the video platform we use for live sessions. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the safety of our athletes or others
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy
Young athletes
Athlete Alliance is for athletes 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Athletes aged 14 to 17 need a parent or guardian’s permission to apply for or join a program, and we may ask for the parent or guardian’s contact information. A parent or guardian can ask to review or delete their teen’s information by contacting us. We do not sell or share teens’ information for advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our programs, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of certain uses. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the U.S.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, such as Kajabi, Apple Podcasts, Instagram and X. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and if a change is significant, we will give notice on the website or by email.
