The rules for using athletesalliance.net and our coaching programs.

Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [Legal business name, e.g. Athlete Alliance LLC] (“Athlete Alliance,” “we,” “us”). They cover athletesalliance.net and our coaching programs, including The Huddle, The Combine and coaching calls (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
Who can use the Services
- The Services are for athletes 14 and older.
- If you are 14 to 17, a parent or guardian must give permission and agree to these Terms for you. Programs must be purchased by an adult (18+).
- You agree to give us accurate information, including your age.
Coaching, not medical or professional advice
Athlete Alliance provides coaching and education. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal or financial advice or treatment. The Mental Health Playbook and related content are coaching, not therapy, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.). In an emergency, call 911.
Physical activity
Training and athletic activity carry a risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training, nutrition or recovery plan, and follow the guidance of your medical team and your school or team coaches. You are responsible for choosing what activities are safe for you.
No guaranteed results
We can’t guarantee any outcome, including recruiting interest, scholarships, roster spots, professional contracts, NIL deals or athletic performance. Results depend on many things outside our control.
Programs, payments and refunds
- Applications, registrations and purchases are handled through Kajabi. Prices and program details are shown before you pay.
- Refunds: [Your refund policy, e.g. "The Combine: full refund up to 7 days before the session. The Huddle: cancel anytime; no refunds for past months."]
- Dates and times, including the January 2 launch of The Huddle and The Combine, may change. If we change or cancel a session, we will tell you and offer a new date or a refund.
Live sessions and community conduct
We want every session to be safe and respectful, especially for young athletes. When you take part, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against anyone
- Share sexual content, or any inappropriate content involving a minor
- Share another participant’s personal information, or repeat what others share in a session without their permission
- Record, screenshot or share a session without our permission
- Promote products or services, or spam other participants
We may remove anyone from a session or program who breaks these rules. If we record a session to share a replay, we will say so before recording starts.
Your content
If you share content with us, such as questions, stories or testimonials, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to run and improve the Services. We will use your name, photo or testimonial in marketing only with your permission (for athletes under 18, with a parent or guardian’s permission).
Our content
The website, the playbooks, program materials, the Athlete Alliance name and logos, and The Huddle, The Combine and Athlete Advantage brands belong to Athlete Alliance or its licensors. You may use program materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share them without our written permission.
Other services
Some parts of the Services run on or link to third-party services, such as Kajabi, video-call platforms and Apple Podcasts. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
The Athlete Alliance app
The app is in development. Joining early access doesn’t guarantee a launch date, features or availability. The app will have its own terms when it launches.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Athlete Alliance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Athlete Alliance harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State where your business is registered], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and if a change is significant, we will give notice on the website or by email. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
