Founding 25 Agreement
The member agreement for Founding 25. By paying at checkout you agree to it.
This agreement is between Sterling Sheffield, doing business as Athlete Alliance ("we") and the member named at checkout ("you"). It starts on the day of your first payment. By paying, you agree to it and to our Refund Policy.
1. What you get
For six months from your start date:
- A weekly live group call with Sterling, at the time in your welcome email. Replays are posted in the app.
- One 1:1 call a month with Sterling, about 45 minutes, booked through the link we send you.
- The Locker Room app (app.athletesalliance.net), including the Founding 25 group.
- Every Combine (the monthly live masterclass) held during your six months, free.
- Founding member status: the Founding 25 badge and first access to the Huddle when it opens.
If we cannot run a group call, we post a replacement session or move it within 7 days. If we miss a 1:1, we reschedule it.
2. Price and payment
You pay $2,500 up front or six monthly payments of $450 ($2,700 in total) through our checkout. The plan is a commitment to all six payments. A Guide or Combine ticket bought within 14 days before you join is credited toward your price.
3. Who can join
Founding 25 is for adults. By paying you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are not, we refund you in full and end the paid access. Seats are capped at 25, and the offer closes on December 31, 2026 or when the seats are filled.
4. What this is, and what it is not
This is coaching and education about identity, lifestyle, mental performance and purpose for athletes and former athletes.
- It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice or financial advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US), text HOME to 741741, or call 911.
- We do not promise results. That includes a job, a roster spot, a contract, NIL deals or income. What you get out of it depends on what you put in.
5. Your part
- Show up and do the work between calls.
- Treat other members with respect. The Community Guidelines apply in every call and in the app.
- Keep other members' stories private. What is said in a group call stays there.
- Do not record calls or share course material outside the group.
We can end your membership if you break these rules. If we do, we refund the unused part of any month you have paid for in full.
6. Recordings and your story
Group calls may be recorded so members can watch the replay; replays stay inside the app. We never use your name, face, words or results in marketing unless you give separate written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
7. Refunds, pauses and cancelling
The Refund Policy is part of this agreement. In short: a full refund within 7 days if you have attended no more than one group call and no 1:1; a pause of up to 60 days for a serious injury, illness or family emergency; after 7 days, payments are not refundable.
8. Privacy
We keep your information in Athlete Alliance's own systems and use it only to run your program. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect. We never sell it.
9. The legal bits
- Liability: our total liability under this agreement is limited to what you have paid us.
- Changes: we can change the call time with 7 days' notice. We will not reduce what is listed in section 1.
- Law: this agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware.
- Whole agreement: this agreement, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines are the whole agreement.
