Refund Policy
Refunds for the Guide, the Combine, Founding 25 and the Huddle.
The short version
- The Athlete Guide: a digital download, so it is not refundable once you have access. We fix any access problem the same day and refund duplicate or accidental charges.
- The Combine ($100 a ticket): full refund up to 48 hours before it starts. After that, no refund, but you get the replay.
- Founding 25 ($2,500, or 6 payments of $450): full refund within 7 days of your first payment, if you have attended no more than one group call and no 1:1. After that, payments are not refundable and payment plans run to the end.
- The Huddle (from January 2027): full refund within 14 days of your first payment, if you have attended no more than two pod sessions. After that, payments are not refundable and payment plans run to the end.
The Athlete Guide
The Guide is a digital product you get right away, so it is not refundable once you have access. If you cannot download it, email us and we will fix it the same day. Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
If you join Founding 25 or the Huddle within 14 days of buying the Guide, what you paid for it counts toward the program price.
The Combine
You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the Combine starts. After that we do not refund the ticket, but you get the replay. If we cancel or move a Combine, you choose a full refund or a seat at the new date.
If you join Founding 25 or the Huddle within 14 days of buying a ticket, the $100 counts toward the program price.
Founding 25
Seven-day window. Email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund everything you have paid, as long as you have attended no more than one group call and have not had your 1:1. After 7 days, payments are not refundable.
Payment plans. The plan is six monthly payments of $450, $2,700 in total. It is a commitment to the full six months, not a month-to-month membership. If a payment fails, we try again for 7 days, then pause your access until it is paid.
Hardship pause. If a serious injury, illness or family emergency stops you taking part, ask us. We can pause your program for up to 60 days at no extra charge, and your end date moves back.
If we end your membership for breaking the member agreement, we refund the unused part of any month you have paid for in full.
The Huddle (from January 2027)
Fourteen-day window. Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, as long as you have attended no more than two pod sessions. After that, payments are not refundable. The monthly plan is twelve payments and is a commitment to the full twelve months. The hardship pause and the end-of-membership rule work the same way as for Founding 25.
How to ask for a refund
Email sterling@athletesalliance.net from the address you paid with, with "Refund" in the subject line. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank; we can almost always fix it faster. If you file a chargeback while you still have access, we pause your access until it is resolved.
What we do not promise
We coach. We do not promise a job, a roster spot, NIL deals, income or any other result. Refunds are never based on results. There is no money-back guarantee beyond the windows above.
Under 18
Paid programs are for adults 18 and over. If we learn that a buyer is under 18, we refund them in full and close the paid access.
